ALLURE PORTFOLIO

Terms and Conditions.

These general terms and conditions govern the use of ALLURE Portfolio. The operator is named in the Impressum. By submitting an application or ordering a service you accept these terms. Last updated: October 2026.

1. Service

ALLURE is an independent portfolio service. We create a professional PDF portfolio, a digital comp card and a personal model website from the photographs and information you provide. ALLURE is not a modelling agency. Approval does not guarantee work, representation, casting access, bookings or endorsement by any agency or brand.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. You confirm that all information is accurate and that you submit exactly four authentic, recent photographs of yourself. AI-generated images, heavy filters and facial or body alterations are not permitted.

3. Application and review

Each application enters a review period of 10 minutes. During this period a reviewer may decline it at our discretion, without being required to give reasons. If it is not declined, it is approved automatically when the review period ends. Applying is free. A contract for paid services is concluded only when you complete the order after approval.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD). After approval, the launch price is $79, paid once. It covers the creation of your portfolio and all services: a professional PDF portfolio with seven photographs, a personal model website, a digital comp card, an individual portfolio link and tips for preparing agency applications. The first month of use is included. Payment is due in advance through the payment provider offered at checkout. Payments are not yet open and no payments are currently collected.

5. Monthly subscription

After the first month, continued use costs $19 per month. The subscription lets you keep updating your portfolio, comp card and website in the studio and keeps your personal website online. If you subscribe and cancel, your subscription still runs to the end of the paid month. If you cancel during the first month included in the one-time fee, that month is not cut short: the service remains fully available until the first month ends, and continuing afterwards requires the $19 monthly subscription. The subscription renews monthly until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time with effect at the end of the current billing month. When it ends, studio editing stops and the personal website goes offline; PDF files and comp cards you have already downloaded remain yours to use. We will announce price changes at least 30 days in advance; you may cancel before they take effect.

6. Withdrawal and refunds

Swiss law does not provide a general right of withdrawal for online purchases. Because the portfolio is digital and individually produced, the one-time fee is non-refundable once access to the studio has been granted, unless we fail to provide the service. Statutory warranty rights remain reserved: if a delivered product is defective, we will first correct it.

7. Your content and rights

You keep all rights to your photographs and information. You confirm that you hold the necessary rights, including the photographer's consent, and that your content does not infringe the rights of third parties. You grant us a non-exclusive, free licence limited to storing, processing and displaying your content solely to provide the service. We do not use your photographs for advertising without your separate written consent. You indemnify us against third-party claims arising from content you provide.

8. Our rights

The ALLURE brand, design, layouts, templates and software are protected and remain our property. You may use your finished portfolio, comp card and website for your own professional purposes.

9. Account and acceptable use

Keep your login details confidential. Misuse, false information, impersonation, unlawful or offensive content entitle us to suspend or close the account and remove content.

10. Availability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily limit the service.

11. Liability

We are liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. To the extent permitted by law (Art. 100 Swiss Code of Obligations), any further liability, including for slight negligence, indirect or consequential damage and lost earnings, is excluded. Liability for personal injury remains unaffected. We are not responsible for decisions taken by agencies, clients or other third parties.

12. Data protection

Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes

We may amend these terms. Changes will be announced in advance; existing orders remain subject to the version accepted at the time of order, and ongoing subscriptions may be cancelled before changes take effect.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland. Mandatory places of jurisdiction for consumers remain reserved. Should any provision be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
